How do I use the carpark?

Please scan a QR code at one of the many signage points around the facility and visit the website where you can enter your license plate details and pay online using your credit card. When returning to your car, you won’t need to do anything other than exiting the carpark within 15 minutes of making payment.

What happens if I exit the car park after the time I have paid to?

If you have exceeded 15minutes since paying prior to exiting, you may be charged additional parking charges. These can be paid using your phone, or a paystation. In some cases you can also make payment at the exit, however this slows traffic and should be avoided if possible.

Do I need to park in a special area?

Your session allows you to park in any Public Spaces at the carpark specified, please follow site specific signage, and do not park in any reserved bays.

What do I need to bring with me to the car park?

To use the carpark, you just need your vehicle, your smart phone, and a valid credit/debit card.

What carpark options are available?

Parking options have been designed to accommodate both the day and time you select for your stay. Special products may be available at the time of payment depending on your selection. Please refer to signage around the site to view any special offers.

How can I obtain a copy of my receipt?

Please screenshot your receipt after your payment is completed. If you select the “save invoice” function, then the receipt will be downloaded to your mobile device.

What if the car park is full when I arrive?

Vehicles are only permitted to park in marked parking bays. If no spaces are available, you will need to leave the carpark promptly to avoid parking charges. Please refer to site signage.

How do I know my details are secure?

We only hold basic information that we need to operate the system efficiently, no credit card data is stored by us at all. Our website is SSL certified and for more information, please refer to our privacy policy.

Do I get a designated parking space?

No, you can park in any public carpark bay

Is it possible to buy a designated parking space?

Reserved and designated parking spaces may be available depending on the carpark location. Please contact the car park manager on site for details.

What payment methods can I use to pay on my mobile device?

You can pay using any major credit card via our Windcave payment page including Visa, Mastercard & AMEX. If your mobile device is active with Google Pay, Apple Pay or WeChat, you may use those options.

What happens if I do not pay?

If you do not pay, you will not be able to exit the carpark. A fee will be displayed at the exit, which must be paid in order for the arm to raise.

Is it possible to cancel a payment and get a refund?

It is not possible to cancel a payment once made. If you feel that a refund is justified, please contact the car park manager by checking the signage and the site, or contacting the site directly.
